Space Systems Engineering Manager (Barcelona)

We are partnered with a Barcelona‑based space technology company developing an affordable, recurrent, high‑resolution thermal imaging constellation. Their mission is to deliver a new perspective on Earth’s changing resources, enabling advanced environmental monitoring and resource management at general scale.

As Space Systems Engineering Manager, you will lead the design, development, integration, and validation of satellite payloads across the current constellation and future missions. You will manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, scientists, and developers, ensuring the delivery of high‑performance space systems and reliable imaging products from concept through operations. This is a hands‑on leadership role combining technical ownership, team management, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver missions into orbit and scale the company’s space capabilities.
