The Spa Receptionist is responsible for giving guests a positive impression of the spa from the point of reservation to the moment they arrive and depart. The individual has a vast understanding of the services and products offered, answers emails and calls, assists guests with their enquiries bookings and escorts the guest to the lockers/facilities when necessary. The individual checks guests in and out of the spa in a professional manner, and ensures all guests leave satisfied.
