Key Responsibilities
-Welcome guests with Mont Albo’s signature hospitality and provide a calm, friendly reception experience
-Manage reservations, walk‑ins, and service queues for Hilot, Swedish, Shiatsu, Combination Massage, Ventosa, and other Mont Albo treatments
-Explain Mont Albo’s wellness services, packages, and promotions clearly and confidently
-Answer phone calls, SMS, and online inquiries promptly and professionally
-Coordinate therapist assignments and ensure timely turnover of massage huts and treatment rooms
