We are currently looking for aSpa Attendant to join our Rosewood Munich team. OurSpa Attendant ensure the Spa is kept to the highest standard of cleanliness and provide a supportive role to all associates.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Anticipate guests needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
- Ensure all facilities, equipment and wet areas are in operating order; report any engineering issues to Spa management.
- Responsible for daily cleanliness of all spa guest contact areas, locker rooms, wet areas and pool.
- Properly care for equipment and use correct amounts of product/supplies (according to protocol) to assist with cost control.
