SOW & Vendor Support Specialist

Pontoon Solutions is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to provide customer service for clients, suppliers, and internal teams within the SOW managed solution. You will assist client buyers with record creation, worker tracking, and invoice processing for service contracts.

You will monitor VMS record status, communicate client policies, escalate issues, and maintain accurate documentation. This role supports onboarding, time entry, and compliance audits while collaborating across departments.
