Fantastic opportunity for a freelance Sous/Crew Chef to join a 50m+ MY for a week boss trip.
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Crew chef to join the team and support the Head Chef during a week boss trip. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working onboard yachts and be confident preparing fresh, healthy and high-quality meals for a crew of 11.
Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing nutritious and well-balanced crew meals
- Assisting the Head Chef with food preparation and plating when required
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient galley environment
- Supporting smooth day-to-day galley operations during the trip
- Ensuring high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety are maintained at all times
