We are currently seeking an experienced Sous Chef with a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and a strong background in 5-star hotel or resort kitchens to support the leadership of our culinary operations.
In this role, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, consistency, efficiency, and profitability.
