Kerzner International has a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef – Residence to join our culinary team at One&Only Royal Mirage Hotel in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef de Cuisine in coordinating and supervising the running of the assigned kitchen.
• Maintain kitchen standards and achieve maximum guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years’ experience as a Sous Chef in upscale luxury hospitality or five-star hotels.
• Strong attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication skills in English (must).
