Sous Chef

Delta Hotels by Marriott Peterborough is ideally situated on 11 acres of
lush immaculately landscaped grounds.  The hotel is opposite the East of
England Showground and close to the A1 for an easy commute.

Your role as Sous Chef will be to support the Executive Head Chef to
lead our dynamic kitchen and take the hotel to a whole new level in all food
related operations.   By crafting delectable dishes to tickle the taste
buds, mentoring junior chefs, and sharing your valuable knowledge and
experience, you will help create memorable dining experiences that delight the
senses and elevate our guests' stay!
