Sous-Chef & Kitchen Instructor — Education & Workshop Lead

Sommet Education is looking for a Sous-Chef & Kitchen Instructor at the Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland. This role involves supervising kitchen operations and enhancing student learning experiences in a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will have a culinary degree and extensive experience in upscale food service, as well as strong leadership and mentoring skills. Fluent English is required, and knowledge of French is advantageous. The position offers a full-time contract with an immediate start.
