* Has previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP.
* Is passionate about quality food and presentation.
* Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Has strong leadership and communication skills.
* Is organised, reliable and a team player.
* Can assist with stock control, food costing, kitchen administration and maintaining high hygiene standards.
* Is available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
* Verifiable references from your previous employers.
* Own transport is essential.
