The Sous Chef supports the Head Chef in overseeing the full culinary operation at Old Yale Brewing. This position is central to maintaining the highest standards of food quality, kitchen efficiency, and day-to-day logistics. Beyond assisting with leadership and coordination, the Sous Chef helps shape the kitchen’s culture, ensures consistency in execution, and upholds the operational excellence that defines the Old Yale Brewing experience.
This position reports to the Head Chef, General Manager, and alternatively the Hospitality Manager as needed. This role will work collaboratively with all members of the restaurant team.
