Sous Chef, Banquets & Catering

Overview

The Banquets & Catering, Sous Chef will report directly to the Banquets & Catering Chef and will support and assist the Banquet Chef to lead the management of all banquets throughout Park Hospitality at Assiniboine Park. The Banquets & Catering, Sous Chef must demonstrate a professional level of interpersonal and communication skills including written and oral skills. This position will be responsible to manage and supervise all kitchen staff and participate in the training and development of employees. The Banquets & Catering, Sous Chef will also ensure all kitchen staff always adhere to sanitary and safe food handling guidelines and are compliant with all health and safety regulations.

This position requires attention to detail and the ability to organize workflow, establish priorities and maintain confidentiality with a high degree of accuracy to deliver high quality culinary experience for Park Hospitality guests. The Banquets & Catering Sous Chef wil...
