Sourcing Transformation Lead: Strategy, Growth & AI

HBX Group in Vitoria is seeking a highly strategic and driven Transformation Lead to support the evolution of our key sales business function, Sourcing. You will work with the Sourcing Transformation and Office Director to define and execute a global strategy while promoting innovation and enhancing operational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years’ experience in strategy or project management roles, a master’s degree in a related field, and strong analytical and communication skills.
