Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Sourcing Program Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site. This role is pivotal in the context of an IS transformation aimed at enhancing overall performance, cost control, and value creation for the business. The implementation of a structured sourcing model aligned with IT strategy is a key lever for success.

Responsibilities:

The consultant will be responsible for the following tasks under Keystone Solutions' consultancy model:

• Refine and steer the IT sourcing strategy.
• Formalize a transversal sourcing strategy to optimize the balance between internal and external capabilities, defining the most relevant models for each domain (managed services, managed teams, software factory, internalization, etc.).
