Sourcing & Production - beauty brand packaging

We are a hair care brand sold at Sephora among other retailers around the world and in need of a super star Production & Sourcing executive to support the team on sourcing, production and demand planning of goods in China.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize production flow of new products and existing products (packaging components)
• Coordinate with existing suppliers on new products and existing productions
• Follow-up on deadlines and prices with suppliers
• Data entry of all transactions, qnties, orders, etc... in our systems
• Manage QC and quality control expectations of productions
• Find solutions for new product developments (accessories, packaging, displays)
• Demand planning for future needs
