Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Management: Support the Head of Sourcing in leading a team of technology sourcing professionals, including Analysts and Senior Analysts, ensuring alignment with Visa’s operational goals and objectives. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Empower team members by providing the necessary resources, support, and opportunities for professional growth.
• Strategic Sourcing: Support the development and implementation of sourcing strategies that drive and optimize cost savings, quality, efficiency, and delivery performance.
