Sourcing Manager (Electronic Commodity)

Sourcing Manager will be responsible for
- Develop and implement an effective Sourcing strategy in line with supply chain / business strategy
- Develop & execute strategic sourcing partnerships to deliver on cost reduction, spend consolidation, improved DPO, Inventory and improved quality
- Support execution of regional & global strategies in region (negotiation, coordination)
- Develop and execute VA/VE opportunities
- work with R&D and Engineering
- Develop and execute make/buy decisions.
- Partner with suppliers and factory to improve OTD / reduce lead time to market
- Analyze right market trends and take required actions and influence decision making in factory
- Evaluate best global sourcing options and develop alternate sources for at least 50% + items to drive cost and availability improvement
