As a Sourcing Manager based in Sant Cugat, Spain, you will lead tactical procurement for cutting‑edge hardware, sensor technologies, and core chemical components within Roche’s diagnostic portfolios. You will transform routine transactional requests into strategic, value‑adding solutions, driving cost savings and ensuring global supply reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Execute end‑to‑end sourcing activities including RfIs, RfQs, RfPs, and market benchmarking for on‑market products and new product introductions.
  
• Analyse user requirements and aggregate demand to maximise leverage;
  escalating non‑standardrequests to Category Management.
  
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans (timelines, milestones, resources) and proactively mitigate risks.
