Sourcing Lead

The Sourcing Lead is responsible for execution of project materials and services by project team from initial design to final commissioning at customer site. This position is responsible for project cost vs. budget analysis, sourcing analysis, developing sourcing plans in conjunction with Commodity Management, and maintaining system parameters relative to suppliers and the parts they supply. This position will manage P.O. contract execution of the agreed upon terms with the selected suppliers including technical compliance, price and terms, and coordination with Accounts payable for payments at milestone/progress achievement and to suppliers upon work completion. Sourcing Lead may be called upon for Continuous Improvement efforts around business process, as well as key systems implementation efforts at Vertiv facilities. Position will help manage our Preferred Supply Base specific to IMS line of business, including development efforts within low-cost countries such as Mexico.
