**Leadership**:Align resources with requirements and opportunities in the Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, and the Supply Base. Anticipate and lead change. Envision what could be, challenge status quo, and drive change. Develop supply base to meet business needs and drive continuous improvement.
**Supply Base Development & Management**:Establish long term supplier relationships with Preferred Suppliers. Drive supplier consolidation. Secure supply. Assess risk and lead mitigation efforts. Implement Supply Agreements and Inventory management agreements. Drive IT integration with key s...
