Is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and developing suppliers to support the organization's procurement strategy.
This role ensures cost-effective sourcing, supplier performance, and compliance with company standards, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
Mains Responsibilities
Identify and develop new suppliers aligned with business needs and cost objectives.
Evaluate supplier capabilities, quality, pricing, and delivery performance.
Lead RFQs/RFPs processes and conduct cost analysis to support sourcing decisions.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms and conditions with suppliers.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with strategic suppliers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Operations) to ensure alignment on sourcing strategies.
