Whirlpool is seeking qualified candidates to join our Global Strategic Sourcing, as a Sr. Buyer over Global StrategicSourcing within the Direct Procurement organization. The role is located in Monterrey, Mexico. The Sr. Buyer willcomplement Whirlpool’s NAR GSS strategy by delivering on cost, quality, and delivery goals for the company. Therole will optimize +$100M annual spend for the NAR Region, while playing a critical role in delivering engineeringprojects, dual sourcing strategies and on time sourcing for the KitchenAid and Cooking category
This role in summary
The Sr. Buyer is responsible and accountable to lead category strategies, sourcing initiatives, supplier selection,and contracting aligned to Whirlpool’s Policies and KPI’s.
