SOURCES is seeking a dedicated Assistant Behavior Consultant in Prince George. This full-time role focuses on providing comprehensive support to families with children facing neurodevelopmental challenges.
As an Assistant Behavior Consultant, you will lead essential training for parents, design and implement Positive Behavior Support Plans, and evaluate program success through ongoing support. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is crucial for delivering effective care and meeting each child's needs through evidence-based approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and evaluations
• Offer direct training and ongoing consultation to families
• Collect and analyze client data to assess progress
• Develop and teach effective behavioral strategies
