Source to Pay Excellence Leader

Position Summary

The Source to Pay (S2P) Excellence Leader is responsible for driving the design, deployment, and adoption of best‑practice Source to Pay processes across sites. This role works directly with Purchasing, Planning, Procurement, and Finance teams to assess current‑state practices, define global standards, and execute implementation plans that improve efficiency, compliance, cost performance, and operational alignment. This is a highly visible, individual contributor role requiring frequent travel to operating sites and strong hands‑on experience in direct material buying within a manufacturing environment. The position does not include direct people management but requires strong influencing skills and the ability to lead change across cross‑functional, matrixed organizations.
