Source To Pay Excellence Leader (Mexicali)

Position Summary

The Source to Pay (S2P) Excellence Leader is responsible for designing, deploying, and adopting best-practice Source to Pay processes across sites. This role works directly with Purchasing, Planning, Procurement, and Finance teams to assess current-state practices, define integral standards, and execute implementation plans that improve efficiency, compliance, cost performance, and operational alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site assessments of Source to Pay processes across Purchasing, Planning, Procurement, and Finance functions.
• Develop and execute site-specific and global implementation plans aligned with S2P best practices.
• Partner with Finance to ensure alignment with financial controls, AP processes, and policies.
• Drive standardization of sourcing, purchasing, requisition-to-pay, and supplier management processes.
• Support rollout and adoption of global S2P tools, systems, and policies. <...
