Responsibilities
- Oversee the sorting center processes (such as inbound, sorting and outbound) and team members to ensure all Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and targets are achieved
- Create a schedule and monitor tasks and duties
- Manage overall performance and attendance
- Ensure all deliveries are received, checked, processed and endorsed to the next process within agreed timelines
- Notify appropriate departments when there is non-conformance or shortage/overages are found
- Ensure all transfers are processed immediately upon arrival into the warehouse
- Provide reports to Functional Lead and/or SOC Lead for internal performance reporting
