Sorter
Roster: Initial temp duration with the potential to move to permanent direct with the client
Working Monday to Friday 7am starts to 3.30pm
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sort recyclables on a fast‑moving conveyor
- Clean work areas inside and outside
- Conduct waste audits and provide accurate reports when required
- Carry out basic equipment maintenance and safety checks
- Follow and review procedures with a focus on safety and continuous improvement
Skills and Experience:
- Forklift license (desirable)
- Experience in bailing or previous waste experience (desirable)
- Good work ethic and self-motivated
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- High attention to detail
- Commitment to safety
