S&OP Analyst II, EU Last Mile Planning

Last Mile S&OP sits at the heart of Amazon's European operations: our forecasts and plans decide how millions of packages flow to every delivery station across Europe, and everything downstream - labour, transportation, delivery speed and cost - is built on the plan we set. Get it right and the whole network runs efficiently; that's the impact this team owns.

In this senior role you'll own a major part of that forecasting process - a broad set of countries or the core forecasting parameters behind the plan - setting the methodology, justifying the plan to senior leadership, and deep-diving the misses. Alongside the plan, you'll lead the projects that make it better: automating manual work, aligning the end-to-end process across teams, and raising the bar for how the whole team forecasts.
