Sommelier
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Sommelier to join our team at our Shiraz Vinoteca. In this exciting and multifaceted role, you will play a key part in curating a unique wine experience for our guests and customers. If you are a wine enthusiast with a talent for customer service and an eye for detail, this position is perfect for you! You will be working in the Vinoteca by yourself and will be working closely with the owner. In more busy periods, another team member will join you in the Vinoteca.
Responsibilities
- Advise guests and customers on wine selections, offering tailored recommendations based on their preferences.
- Manage and curate our wine inventory, ensuring a well-rounded selection in both our shop and bar.
- Organize and host wine tastings, events, and educational sessions to engage our clientele.
- Handle wine storage and inventory management.
