As Mistral AI's first dedicated Solutions Operations hire in Singapore, you will be the operational backbone of our APAC Solutions team and the critical bridge between our Singapore office and global headquarters in Paris.

This is a uniquely broad role combining two functions that sit in separate roles at HQ: revenue operations (how the Solutions team goes to market, delivers, and measures impact) and people operations (how the team is staffed, grown, and deployed against customer needs). In Singapore, you will own both.

Your Solutions team is composed of AI Deployment Strategists, Applied AI Engineers and Scientists who design, deploy, and optimize AI solutions for Mistral's most strategic enterprise and government customers in Singapore and the broader APAC region.
