Solutions Manager

We are seeking a Solutions Manager to lead technical solution development and pre‑sales engagements for data centre customers across Singapore and the region. This role will manage complex customer requirements, guide solution strategy and serve as the technical lead supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution development for colocation, hyperscale, cloud and enterprise customers.
• Act as the primary technical advisor during customer engagements, workshops and strategic pursuits.
• Manage solution reviews, technical proposals, pricing inputs and RFI/RFP responses.
• Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Construction and Product teams to deliver commercially viable solutions.
• Ensure consistency of technical designs and customer experience across multiple sites and regions.
• Mentor and support Solutions Engineers and other technical team members.
