Job Purpose
Senior Manager responsible for sourcing and securing capacity to support Caterpillar Power Solutions, ensuring suppliers manufacture CAT Solutions (Standby and Prime Genset Enclosure units) and meet key performance metrics in the EAME region.
What You Will Do
- Source, develop, and onboard suppliers across the EAME region capable of manufacturing CAT Solutions diesel and gas genset enclosures, electrical controls, and switchgear.
- Negotiate pricing terms and contracts with sourced suppliers.
- Lead a team responsible for ensuring suppliers meet key People, Quality, Velocity, and Cost metrics.
- Manage a group of individual contributors delivering projects related to lean processes, global market understanding tools, and systems.
