Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of hands‑on experience working in large project and/or program environments within government jurisdictions and/or large private sector organizations.
• Demonstrated experience delivering a wide variety of solutions using Salesforce features, capabilities, and integration services.
• Extensive experience with both traditional and up‑to‑date project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Iterative approaches, along with associated tools.
• Strong IT knowledge with an understanding of cybersecurity principles, including current threats, trends, and technologies.
• Well‑organized self‑starter with the ability to quickly learn new skills and technologies, and capable of providing detailed technical solution design and effort estimation.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
