Solutions Architect: Workflow Automation & Client Success

Coconut is seeking a Solutions Architect to join our Monday.com practice. You will collaborate with Implementation Managers to design workflows and support 10+ clients weekly, building strong relationships and ensuring efficient onboarding.

You should be hands-on with Monday.com, Make.com or Zapier, and skilled at process improvement, time management, and cross-functional communication across startup environments.
