Solutions Architect

Job Summary:

Client is seeking Manufacturing Solutions Architect, and this is remote position from Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business analysts and key users to identify the scope of requirements and define solution that utilize the Opcenter (Camstar) OOTB functionality.
• Define solution documentation (Component Design Document) that can be comprehended by both key user and developer.
• Provide guidance to the Opcenter developer to ensure the changes comply with the design.
• Work with various tech team to define solution that integrate with various system such as ERP, Opcenter APS, equipment controls etc.
• Provide guidance to business team on setting up the MES during system implementation.
• Assist the operation support team to troubleshoot production issues.
• Track and update progress for all assigned defect/enhancement tasks through JIRA system. <...
