Solutions Architect - Hybrid (CDMX)

Zendesk, Inc. is seeking a Technical Architect to understand and implement customer requirements, collaborating with customer SMEs to tailor Zendesk solutions for their workflows.

You will translate business problems into technically sound architectures and present solutions to customers and internal teams. In this role you will lead technical discussions, provide prototypes, and contribute to product development while working in a hybrid setup based in Mexico City.
