Lead technical discovery, architecture, and deployments for strategic customers.
You’ll be the hands-on technical partner to sales and customers—from early discovery to production rollouts—guiding architecture, integrations, security reviews, and success metrics.
Role Overview
- Own technical discovery, demos, and integration plans.
- Design scalable architectures across data, auth, networking, and ops.
- Unblock pilots and POCs; build reference implementations when needed.
- Drive security & compliance conversations with customers’ stakeholders.
- Collect feedback and influence roadmap with real-world insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles (SA, Field CTO, SE, PS).
- Broad technical depth across APIs, auth, data pipelines, and cloud infra.
- Excellent communication in English; Portuguese/Spanish a plus.
