Responsibilities
- Develop engineering solutions and explain technologies to customers
- Gather requirements and propose solutions including hardware, software, and Business Continuity services
- Develop scalable solutions for DC, LAN, WAN, WLAN, Firewalls, and other network devices
- Design scalable solutions for physical and virtualized compute and storage
- Assess and design on-prem to Cloud (Azure/AWS) migration solutions
- Prepare statements of work (SOW), level of effort, and bill of materials (BOM)
- Provide oversight for configuration, installation, and maintenance
- Train deployment and field engineers for on-site deployment and troubleshooting
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with enterprise-level design and deployment of Hypervisors, networking, SAN, NAS, and BCDR
