Responsibilities

• Act as a product specialist for S&P Global Market Intelligence’s (GMI) datafeed solutions, assisting sales and ensuring clients effectively understand, ingest, and utilize our data.
• Deploy and configure feed solutions at client sites, collaborating with internal and client technical support to ensure seamless integration within their environment.
• Deliver comprehensive training to clients, enabling them to maximize value from our content and platforms, directly contributing to subscription retention.
• Identify opportunities to expand the use of our feed solutions within client organizations and provide feedback to product teams to inform enhancements and new product development.
• Serve as a primary regional contact for clients, gathering insights on their applications, content needs, and technical environments to proactively support their success and identify potential for additional sales.
