Manage and organize the A9 document repository and maintain versions for trackingMaintain document templates and document updating standard proceduresLiaise with PCCWS related parties to update and maintain the A9 documentsInterface with PC related parties for submission and “NFC” of A9 document, including comment tracking and responsesManage and coordinate the A9 document update and approval time scheduleAssist PCCWS team members to clarify PC provided comments and requests, organize meetings for both parties to resolve outstanding issues and commentsOrganize management meeting with management, PC and PCCWS assigned personnel to resolve A9 related issues and disputesProvide regular reports to management to display the A9 document update status
