Solutions Analyst — DevOps & Business Analysis

Absa Group in Johannesburg seeks a Specialist Solution Analyst to join the DevOps team. You will elicit, define and structure business requirements, translate them into user stories and specifications, and document integration points, risks and opportunities across full‑stack solutions.

You will collaborate with squads through design and delivery, including manual testing processes. You will model business processes with UML/BPMN, build the backlog, and support testing and automation efforts.
