We are currently hiring a **Solution Specialist I** based in our **Head Office** .
As a **Solution Specialist I** , you’ll provide consulting, technical planning, and system administration to support BCAA’s business and infrastructure systems. In this role, you’ll deliver second-level and occasional third-level administration, help design and maintain system architecture, and ensure operational excellence. You’ll also play a key role in troubleshooting, coaching junior staff, and contributing to project success.
