Role Overview
As a people manager, you are responsible for supporting the success of not only your direct reports but also the wider CX team by identifying development opportunities, enabling performance, and fostering collaboration across markets. You are expected to know the members of your extended team, share insights with peer managers, and act as a role model for SAP’s leadership principles. You will actively coach, empower, and develop your team of Solution Sales Executives to achieve consistent growth across the Customer Experience portfolio.
