Key Responsibilities:

• Lead pre-sales service solution development, including bid management, solution design, and cost estimation for new projects to ensure competitive and compliant proposals.
• Products and Services to Sell: Data center equipment (Storage, backups, servers).
• Manage end-to-end delivery of Smart PV and Data Center projects
• Drive customer satisfaction by handling escalations, tracking issue resolution, and managing service partner capabilities through certification, training, and incentive programs
