Job Overview
Infobip is seeking a Solutions Engineer to serve as the primary technical point of contact between Infobip and customer development teams. The role focuses on delivering technical solutions, integrations, and support across Infobip’s full‑stack cloud communication platform, while also collaborating with regional teams on project management and proposal activities.
Responsibilities
- Own technical design and implementation of Infobip products and solutions for customers.
- Understand customer business needs and recommend appropriate Infobip products and use cases.
- Integrate Infobip services into client systems via custom API scripts, SFTP, CPaaS, and SaaS solutions.
- Identify innovative use cases for Infobip products and present them to stakeholders.
