About the role
We're looking for an experienced Solution Developer who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery.
This is not a pure coding role. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand problems, map processes, and design end-to-end solutions that integrate across ERP, CRM, and internal systems.
You'll partner with a Solution Architect and be responsible for shaping, building, and delivering solutions that are scalable, reliable, and aligned to business outcomes.
What you'll be doing
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions
- Translate business needs into functional designs and system workflows
