Solution Consultant (SG)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead pre-sales technical engagement with customers to understand their business objectives and technical requirements;

2. To develop high-quality customized solutions using China Telecom’s suite of network connectivity services to fulfil customers’ requirements;

3. Preparation of solution proposals and project writeups to illustrate China Telecom’s value proposition;

4. Liaising with external (partners, vendors) and internal (Product, HQ and Branches Office of China Telecom) parties to ensure end-to-end technical solution feasibility;

5. Support project delivery teams during implementation and provide post-sales consultation to ensure seamless handover and customer satisfaction;

6. Continuously review and analyze customers’ network performance, proactively proposing enhancements and digital modernization opportunities;
