Overview
RBC HR Technology is undertaking multiple initiatives to realize HR business strategy and improve the employee experience. The HR projects involve modernization of the platform with AI/ML, AI and Cloud technologies, mergers and acquisitions, systems enhancements, integrations with SaaS applications, and Request for Proposals (RFP). This role includes leading the design of end‑to‑end solution architectures and development of comprehensive roadmaps aligned to various strategic pillars.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end solution architecture for various IT projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements, RBC strategy, architecture principles and technology standards.
- Engage with other architecture and technical teams to ensure designs meet technical and governance requirements.
