About the Role
The Solution Architect is an SME leader in complex technical supply chain management product knowledge. They bridge product gaps and support a joint team of solution consultants and developers to deliver fully deployable products that customers can integrate into their operations. The role refines solutions in collaboration with product management, deployment teams and clients, oversees documentation and operational changes, and works closely with the Professional Services team.
